Comparable to the Guest Services field, a Connections Associate interacts with staff, volunteers, regular attenders, and guests. Therefore, a professional, friendly manner and great communication skills are essential to this role. This position requires an outgoing individual who is flexible and enjoys working in an exciting environment. Responsibilities include assisting in oversight of guest services surrounding the Studio venue (ushers, greeters, safety, information, parking, setup, tear down, and refreshments) and coordinating multiple tasks and teams simultaneously. The Connections Associate will coordinate volunteers and details for church events such as Baptism, Starting Point, Sunday Night Live, etc. Working closely with the Director of Operations, the Connections Associate must develop relationships to identify and develop leaders and assimilate regular attenders and visitors to Inland Hills Church. This position is 28 hours per week, Sundays required.
