This vital position assists the Directors of Care, Small Groups, and Outreach by performing administrative tasks and filtering requests to the proper channels. You will play an active role in planning and running ministry events by scheduling meetings, booking travel and lodging for mission efforts, reserving on-campus venues for small groups, among other duties.
In these tasks, you must field events and requests across several ministry teams, with a keen eye for detail. You can maintain consistent, prompt communication with directors and other staff—coordinating Care classes, Small Group gatherings, mission trips, and more. This is a part-time position, 30 hrs per week, Monday – Thursday.
