As a key part of the Facilities and Grounds department, this position requires a self-motivated and responsible individual 18 years of age or older. Your primary goal is to clean and maintain the IHC campus, including its buildings and exterior property.
Duties in this role include: cleaning all facilities during and in-between Sunday services and on-campus events; setup and teardown of tables and chairs for various class and group meetings; painting rooms and venues, and other maintenance and cleanup tasks. Applicants must be able to capably and safely operate power tools, work on ladders, and lift/move objects up to 40 lbs. This is a part-time position on afternoons/evenings, 16-22 hours per week, Sundays required.
