The role of Men’s Division Leader will oversee IHC men’s small groups by supporting group leaders and coaches. In addition, the Division Leader will recruit and train new leaders according to the meta church model.
Through one-on-ones, team meetings, and huddles, this position will shepherd and encourage small group leaders on consistent basis. Ultimately, this consistent leader care will result in the growth and multiplying process of men’s small groups at Inland Hills. This is a part-time position, 15 hours per week, at varying days and hours.
