Our goal in sharing the details of Inland Hills’ government is that you will understand that our church is structured to support the values of integrity, accountability, and spiritual authority.
WE ARE GUIDED BY PASTORS.
The Pastoral Staff is led by Josh Crain, the Lead Pastor of IHC, and Audrey Eisenberg, the Executive Pastor of IHC. This team oversees the day-to-day ministry and operations of the church. These staff pastors serve the congregation and are responsible for the development of the vision and spiritual direction of the church.
WE ARE PROTECTED BY OUR CHURCH BOARD.
The Board of Directors of Inland Hills consists of between 4 and 6 members of the congregation who ensure the church achieves its mission of leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus. The specific job of the Board is primarily for business and financial oversight in the context of spiritual leadership. They approve the financial direction and budgets, as well as give support and wise counsel to the Lead Pastor. They may be called upon to help in accountability matters relating to the Lead Pastor if requested to do so by the Pastoral Staff or church members. Board members are appointed by the existing Board and meet regularly throughout the year.
