Led by Brad Sisco, Committee Chairman and IHC’s Executive Director of Administration, this committee possesses considerable ministry experience and varying backgrounds that represent the whole of Inland Hills. Together with the Elder Board and Vanderbloemen Search Group, the committee’s mission statement is to diligently discern and identify who God has called to be the next Lead Pastor at IHC, that will continue to lead people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ.

Brad Sisco

Search Committee Chairman

Brad has attended Inland Hills for over 25 years, now serving as our Executive Director of Administration, as well as Treasurer of the Elder Board. He also leads a men’s small group and heads up Financial Peace University, while also providing one-on-one financial coaching. Outside of IHC, Brad unwinds with bicycling, and time with his wife Sandra and their two girls while eating or traveling.

Carol Stoecklein

Carol and her husband Dave, IHC’s Senior Pastor until his passing in 2015, launched Inland Hills Church in 1991. With a wealth of wisdom and knowledge, Carol also mentors our pastors and ministry directors—developing their character and ministry. In addition to her cherished role as grandma to three boys, Carol is invested in maintaining IHC’s legacy of leadership, from Dave and their late son Andrew, to our next Lead Pastor.

Amber Lopes

Amber has attended Inland Hills Church for 25 years. In that time, she has been active in many areas of IHC: in children’s ministry, music, and student ministries—leading a girls small group for 5 years. Amber previously worked as a Designer for a women’s apparel line. Newly married, Amber currently travels with her husband Timothy, supporting him in his professional baseball career. Her heart is deeply rooted at IHC, and she cannot wait to see how the Lord will continue His work here.

Anna Reyes

Anna has attended Inland Hills Church for 26 years. She currently serves in the Care Ministry, after being involved In High School Ministry, Homes For Mexico Outreach, and women’s small groups over the years. Anna has been a business owner, and also homeschooled her two daughters. She enjoys hiking the trails of Chino Hills and Lake Arrowhead, as well as traveling and loving on her family and friends.

Berninia Bradley

Berninia has called IHC her church home for over 15 years, serving as a small group leader for over 10. A UCLA graduate, Berninia works as a Director of Human Resources, and has two adult sons, Jason and Robby.

Bill Bumstead

Bill has spent 24 years at IHC, currently serving on the Elder Board, and as both a men’s small group coach and leader. He is a Sales Account Executive for Propex Operating Company, headquartered in Chattanooga, TN. Bill is married to Janet, and they have two adult children, Greg and Hayley. He enjoys playing golf, and likes to root for the LA Angels, Anaheim Ducks, and USC Trojans.

Jason Slegers

Jason has called Inland Hills home for the past 6 years. He currently serves with the Communications and Hospitality teams on Sundays, and is actively involved in his men’s small group. Interestingly, he’s also one of the few remaining dairymen left in the city of Chino. Jason and his wife, Tawnee, have 5 children who all attend the IHC Kids ministry—and keep them busy with their many activities!

Kelly Stevens

Kelly has been part of IHC since 2003, when she rededicated her life to Christ after hearing one of Pastor Dave’s messages. She adores Inland Hills, and considers it integral to the life change she’s experienced in her time here. Kelly has served for 15 years in the Women’s Ministry, first as a small group leader and currently as a coach, and also spent 3 years with IHC Kids. Together with her husband Richard, Kelly has 6 children and 4 grandchildren, and works as a Project Manager at a general contractor in Rancho Cucamonga.

Peter Gilpatric

Peter has faithfully served Inland Hills for many years, and he finds his Executive Pastor role so rewarding because he gets to work alongside “an amazing staff.” As he puts it, he has a beautiful wife of almost 48 years that “still makes my heart race when she walks into the room.” Together they have six uniquely gifted children—and sixteen amazing grandkids! Despite living in sunny SoCal, Peter enjoys cool, rainy days, often sitting down with a good book. Still, he loves to keep moving, cooking whenever he can—and wanting to work out more (but then, doesn’t everybody?).
